The Charlestown Navy Yard was one of the first ship yards built and was originally established as a location for the construction and servicing of ships. The Boston Redevelopment Authority has coordinated the redevelopment of the Navy Yard and is responsible for the design of all public improvements. The Navy Yard is located in close proximity to many popular Boston destinations and offers spectacular waterfront views. Within the Navy Yard are two full service marinas, restaurants, cafes, a playground and dog park. It is also home to the U.S.S. Constitution, the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world.

Transportation:
The water shuttle is conveniently located steps from our doors, and is a short ride to the Boston Financial District. The Financial District is also close enough that you can get your daily exercise by walking it in approximately 20 minutes. Parris Landing is easily accessible to Route I-93 as well as MBTA transportation.
