Concierge: A Concierge area is located in the atrium of the main building and staffed 24 hours per day offering numerous services for the convenience of our residents.

Parking Garage: The three level parking garage is dedicated for exclusive use of Parris Landing residents. Deeded spaces consist of self-park as well as valet parking spaces. Valet parking for guests is also available.

Community Room: Our Community Room is conveniently located on the first floor and is equipped with stereo, plasma television, DVD player, a pool table and a kitchen area complete with microwave, refrigerator, sink and granite counter tops. The beautifully designed room is a great place to host a function.

Fitness Center: The 2,800 square foot Fitness Center features mirrored walls, wall mounted televisions and several types of exercise equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and free weights.

Business Center: The Business Center is a comfortable area equipped with four computers with internet access and a copy/fax/printer. For further convenience wireless internet access points provide internet access for your lap top as well.

Pool: The heated pool provides the perfect temperature for an early morning or evening dip. Relax in the sun in one of the many lounge chairs or enjoy the shade under one of the cabanas. Umbrella covered tables are a great place to enjoy the meal you are able to cook on the grills located adjacent to the pool area.
